Return Policy

All sales of Rusted Custom Apparel items are
final unless there is a defect in the clothing, i.e.
holes, tears. Defective items must be returned within
7 days after delivery for a merchandise refund.

Purchaser must notify b@rustedapparel.com prior to return of item. Please include reason for return in email.

No Returns for Customized pieces.

Item(s) must be returned in condition received or
merchandise will be returned to sender.

No refunds will be given on sale items.

You may return purchases by mailing it to our return
department at the following address:

You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes.
Shipping is not refunded.

Returns for Rusted Custom Apparel purchases by mail:

1. Please include your packing slip and return form.
2. For returns, the original credit card will be credited.
3. We apologize but we do not offer exchanges.
4. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible.
Be sure to include the return form. If you do not have your
original packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and
phone number; order number; reason for return.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS,
UPS or FedEx. Rusted Custom Apparel is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a
non-traceable carrier. Returns must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Returns mailed to Rusted Custom Apparel may take one to two weeks to process
after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the
original purchase.

These terms do not necessarily cover clearance items. Please refer to specific product information regarding terms & policies.

Please allow up to 15 day turnaround time for shipping as all clothing pieces are painted by hand.

Payment in full must be received by Rusted Custom Apparel prior to shipping.
